Order Cancellation Policy –
To cancel an order you have placed with Gary, Keith and Ron, you must contact customer support by email (click here), or by telephone (203-438-8310). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please understand, that email is the BEST way to get hold of us. EMAIL FIRST ! You will always get a reply!
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a exchange of equal of lesser of value (minus shipping costs). Only sizes will be exchanged. ( not design unless we are out of stock) All extra shipping and handling costs are the responsibilities of the customer.
No refunds on event tickets after purchased
In the event of a rain-out on event day, only the ticket portion of the purchase price will be refunded, if the event can not be rescheduled due to Mets schedule.
Our raffles, auctions and live auctions are cash or check only. Payment is due within seven days of event. A twenty-five dollar surcharge is added each week that PIFAGC is not paid. After 60 days, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and ask for twice the amount owed. The bidder is responsible for all legal and court costs incurred by PIFAGC.
GKR will not offer any refunds on special event tickets FOR ANY REASON. Period.
GKR reserves the right to substitute shirts for event if customer has not given direction, or if event is less than a week away....
Out of Stock Policy –
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within three (3) weeks. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within three (3) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item before confirming your order.
Shipping Policy for Instock Items –
All items purchased are shipped within five (5) days after the order has been placed.A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. We ship most items via United States Postal Service, and most customers will receive their shipment within 1-2 weeks.

No Refunds / Exchange Policy –
There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by Gary, Keith and Ron is sold as is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Gary Keith and Ron, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.
We do offer our customers an exchange policy, if for some reason you want to exchange one item for another (within 1 week of receiving the product, and of equal or lesser value) then you may do so - as long as the item is in new / unused condition. All shipping and handling charges will be the customers responsibility. Please contact us via email (click here) to request an exchange or call us at (203-438-8310). Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.
Export Restrictions -
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. For shipping we primarily will use United States Postal Service (USPS), or sometimes United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver our goods. Please contact us directly (click here) through our Contact Us form - if you wish to ship any of our products overseas, or outside the United States. We will work with you to determine shipping costs, and any other special arrangements.
