Adopt a buddy for Dad's Day! The Pitch in for a Good Cause Foundation is thrilled to partner with Share Joy Foundation and various NY agencies to make our GKR Father's Day event extra special for kids growing up without dads. And we're hoping you can help!
Have you bought a ticket to our Modell's Clubhouse Father's Day event? If so, and if while you are there you'd like to be a "dad for a day" to a kid without a dad, then do let us know! We will assign you a buddy to hang out and watch the game with. We know our GKR supporters love to make a difference, and here's the perfect way to do so while also enjoying a gorgeous day at the ballpark.
If you would like to participate in our dad-for-a-day endeavor, please send a message expressing your interest in the box provided. We're sponsoring the kids' tickets, buffet, and t-shirts, and so you needn't donate any extra money above your ticket price. But if you want to go above and beyond, we've provided a place for you to donate as well.
With all the interest we're getting, we expect this to be one of our best events. And we look especially forward to being able to transform what might be a sad day for these kids into one they'll remember fondly forever. We hope you will join us!
